We partner with leading businesses to build performance-focused, premium commercial spaces. We are currently looking for an energetic and corporate-ready Sales Executive (Field Sales) to join our growing Business Development team.Role Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will drive on-ground business development by identifying new corporate clients, managing relationships with facility managers, and pitching our high-value workspace solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Field Visits & Networking: Regular on-ground visits to commercial hubs to identify potential corporate clients.
- Lead Generation: Connect with corporate decision-makers, HR leaders, and Admin Heads to pitch company services.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client requirements and present WPC solutions.
- Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing and pipeline clients for repeat business.
- Reporting: Meet monthly sales targets and maintain daily progress updates in the company system.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, MBA, or Commerce backgrounds preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in field sales, corporate sales, or B2B marketing (Freshers with great communication are welcome).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Attributes: Confident body language, polished presentation, and strong negotiation skills.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for field travel.
