Job Title: Marketing Head – International Recruitment (Nepal, Sri Lanka & Africa)

Salary: ₹30,000 - 40,000 per month + Incentives
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head for our international recruitment business. The candidate must have experience in manpower recruitment and overseas hiring from Nepal, Sri Lanka, and African countries.
Responsibilities:
Develop recruitment networks in Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Africa.
Visit recruitment partners and agencies directly.
Source and mobilize workers for overseas projects.
Build relationships with manpower suppliers and recruitment agencies.
Coordinate documentation and recruitment processes.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements:
Indian nationality preferred.
Experience in overseas manpower recruitment is mandatory.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in sourcing blue-collar and skilled workers.
