Position : Stores Assistant
Qualification : Diploma / Graduate
Experience : 1–3 years of experience in Warehouse/Store operations
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Material Receiving o Verify purchase order details including quantity, part number, and supplier information
- Ensure received materials match the purchase order requirements.
- Supervise unloading activities and inspect materials for any damage.
- Ensure proper placement of materials in the designated receiving area.
- Prepare and maintain accurate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
Storage & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate system updates for storage location mapping in SAP.
- Ensure proper packaging of approved materials before storage.
- Maintain GRN records systematically for audit and traceability.
Production Support
- Coordinate with production teams to understand Manufacturing Order (MO) plans.
- Issue materials against MO in SAP accurately. o Prepare and arrange material kits/trolleys for production feeding.
- Record material movement and consumption in route cards and system.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
