Job Title: Incubation – Associate

Required Experience: 0-1 Year; Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Reports To: Manager of Incubation

Staff Transportation: Yes. Staff Bus is available from GMDC Building (Vastrapur) to iCreate Campus.

Employment Type: Full-time.

Relevant Experience: Internship, academic projects, or prior exposure to startup ecosystems, incubation centers, E-Cells, EDCs, innovation hubs, or entrepreneurship programs will be an added advantage.

Role Summary:

The Incubation Associate will support the execution and management of incubation programs at iCreate by assisting in startup onboarding, coordination, monitoring, and documentation. The role involves working closely with startups, mentors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations across the startup lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the onboarding and coordination of startups under various incubation and acceleration programs.
Support communication between startups, mentors, and internal stakeholders.
Help track startup progress and maintain program-related data and documentation.
Assist in organising program activities such as mentoring sessions, reviews, workshops, and demo days.
Collect feedback from startups and mentors to support program evaluation.
Maintain records, reports, and presentations related to incubation activities.
Ensure timely communication of program guidelines, schedules, and updates to stakeholders.
Support compliance and reporting requirements as per program guidelines.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned from time to time.

Key Skills & Competencies Required:

Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation ecosystems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and willingness to learn new tools.
Ability to work independently with guidance from the team.

Qualifications:

UG/PG in any related field
