Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Manager to oversee and coordinate all factory and site production activities. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing production schedules, monitoring quality control, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring projects are completed and handed over to clients on time. This role serves as the single point of accountability for all activities between production release and final project handover.
Key Responsibilities -
-Production Planning & Coordination
-Open and manage Job Cards for all approved projects.
-Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery commitments.
-Monitor project progress and update production stages in the system.
-Coordinate with Stores, Production Teams, QC, Logistics, and Management to ensure smooth workflow.
-Verify material availability before commencement of each production stage.
Quality Control
-Ensure quality inspections are conducted at key production stages.
-Review and record QC results in the system.
-Identify recurring quality issues and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
Delivery & Logistics
-Coordinate vehicle requirements and transportation requests.
-Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch of completed projects.
-Update delivery records and documentation in the system.
-Project Monitoring & Reporting
-Review production capacity and identify projects at risk of delay.
-Monitor daily activity logs and investigate discrepancies.
-Track all open projects against committed delivery dates.
-Escalate critical issues, delays, and resource constraints to management.
System & Documentation Management
-Maintain accurate production records and job card status updates.
-Record QC outcomes, delivery notes, and project closure details.
-Close Job Cards with appropriate closure remarks and documentation.
Daily Responsibilities
-Review production capacity dashboard and identify at-risk projects.
-Update project stage progress in the system.
-Review daily activity reports submitted by production teams.
-Conduct or verify QC inspections at stage completion milestones.
-Confirm material availability for upcoming production activities.
Weekly Responsibilities
-Review all open projects against delivery schedules.
-Meet with the Store Manager to assess stock availability for upcoming projects.
-Analyze quality reports and address recurring defects with production supervisors.
-Escalate projects requiring management intervention.

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical -Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
-3–8 years of experience in production management, manufacturing operations, or project execution.
Experience in factory and site coordination will be an advantage.
