Are you an experienced Odoo Finance & Accounting professional who understands both accounting principles and Odoo ERP? We're looking for a skilled individual to manage financial operations, optimize accounting workflows, and support ERP implementation and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations in Odoo ERP.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
Maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy.
Generate financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
Configure and improve Odoo Accounting and Finance modules.
Coordinate with management and other departments to streamline financial processes.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Support ERP implementation, testing, and user training when required.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance using Odoo ERP.
Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance is an advantage).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
