Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HAM Pro Technical Lead with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing HAM Pro solutions, managing hardware asset lifecycle processes, ServiceNow platform customization, integrations, and leading technical teams.
Important Screening Criteria (Mandatory)
- Do not submit candidates who have attended a Genpact interview within the last 3 months. Such candidates are not eligible for this requirement.
- Do not submit candidates with only IT Asset Management (ITAM) operational or asset inventory experience. We are not looking for professionals whose expertise is limited to asset tracking, inventory management, procurement, or hardware lifecycle operations.
- We are specifically seeking technical ServiceNow HAM Pro professionals with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM Pro implementation, ServiceNow development, platform customization, CMDB, Asset Management, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Integrations (REST/SOAP/IntegrationHub), and hardware asset lifecycle automation.
- Candidates should have hands-on implementation experience in ServiceNow HAM Pro and should not have only functional, support, or end-user experience.
- Profiles with predominantly ServiceNow ITSM development experience and little or no HAM Pro implementation experience should not be submitted.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow HAM Pro implementation and enhancement projects.
- Design and configure hardware asset lifecycle processes.
- Configure Business Rules, Flow Designer, Workflows, and Service Catalog.
- Manage CMDB, asset reconciliation, and data governance.
- Develop and support ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Build reports and dashboards for asset management and compliance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentor developers and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Required Skills
- 8–12 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow HAM Pro and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
- Good knowledge of CMDB, hardware asset lifecycle, and asset reconciliation.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience in ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
