Job Title: Creative & Media Assistant Organization: Banda Family Fund
About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Creative & Media Assistant to join the Banda Family Fund.
You will be responsible for curating our visual identity, managing our digital presence, and supporting our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create engaging visual content (graphics, short videos, reels) for social media and newsletters.
· Manage and schedule content across all digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
· Assist in developing campaign strategies to increase brand awareness.
· Monitor media trends and compile performance reports. Requirements:
· Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Premiere Pro), or similar tools. · Strong understanding of social media algorithms and storytelling.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· A portfolio showcasing previous creative work.
