Market Intelligence & Analytics- Analyze market trends, patient demographics, prescribing behavior, and competitor activities. Convert complex data into actionable insights to refine brand positioning. Identify opportunities for launching innovative products based on market dynamics.
Field Strategy & Execution- Work closely with field teams to evaluate strategy effectiveness. Develop new strategies based on insights. Monitor performance and motivate field staff.
Strategic Brand Planning- Develop and implement annual marketing plans and long-term strategies. Drive market penetration and achieve revenue growth for assigned brands.
Promotional Material Development- Conceptualize and create promotional materials including visual aids, literature, packaging (labels/cartons), and leave-behinds.
Collaborate with designers and artists for artwork, copywriting, and design execution.
Vendor & Procurement Management- Source quotations, compare vendors, and finalize specifications. Manage ordering and ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and gifts.
KOL Engagement & Medical Relations- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and healthcare professionals. Enhance scientific credibility and advocacy for the brand portfolio.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Act as a central link between marketing and sales teams. Ensure seamless execution of brand strategies across functions
Sales Enablement & Training- Develop high-impact marketing campaigns and scientific promotional content. Conduct training programs for field teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Market Access & Pricing Strategy- Collaborate with technical teams on pricing and formulary inclusion strategies.
Budget & ROI Management- Manage the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget. Ensure optimal utilization of resources with measurable ROI
Candidate criteria:
B.Pharm/B.Sc with minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales & marketing of pharmaceutical formulations out of which minimum one year should be in the field as an MR and other experience in Office in PMT function, responsible for multiple tasks including training & development of field staff. Should have a strong command over written & verbal communication in English. Should be well versed in Corel draw or willingness to learn it. Should be a permanent resident from Mumbai & have accommodation here.
