We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative Front Desk Executive & Social Media Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients while supporting our brand's digital presence. Key Responsibilities Client Relations & Front Desk Management
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and business associates in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand client requirements and connect them with the appropriate sales consultant or property advisor.
- Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience from the first interaction.
- Handle client inquiries and provide basic information regarding projects, properties, and services.
Communication & Inquiry Management
- Manage incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, website inquiries, and social media messages.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property site visits for prospective clients.
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries across all communication channels.
Property & Sales Coordination
- Assist the sales team with scheduling property viewings, client meetings, and site visits.
- Coordinate with builders, channel partners, investors, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare and maintain client documentation and appointment schedules.
- Support lead generation and follow-up activities.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, property updates, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Develop content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Stay updated with industry trends and social media best practices.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing
- Create compelling content for social media, advertisements, property listings, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Design basic promotional creatives, brochures, banners, and digital marketing materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Assist in creating video content, property walkthroughs, reels, and client testimonials.
- Write engaging captions, promotional copy, and marketing content to increase audience engagement and lead generation.
- Coordinate photography and videography requirements for property marketing.
Advertisement Management
- Create, publish, and manage online advertisements across social media platforms and property portals.
- Upload and maintain property listings on relevant real estate websites and digital platforms.
- Assist in executing lead-generation campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital channels.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on engagement and lead conversions.
Database Management
- Maintain accurate client records and lead databases .
- Track follow-ups, inquiries, and sales pipeline activities.
- Generate periodic reports on leads, customer interactions, and marketing performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Office Administration
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, courier services, and correspondence.
- Support administrative and operational activities as required.
- Coordinate internal meetings and maintain office schedules.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Desk Operations, Customer Service, Administration, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content management tools.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Understanding of digital advertising and social media marketing.
- Ability to create engaging content and marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
