About the Role
FinqyInsure is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Consultants to help customers choose the right health insurance plans.
This is a consultative sales role where you will work on qualified customer leads generated through our digital platforms and marketing campaigns. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing unbiased insurance advice, and helping customers purchase the most suitable policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through qualified inbound and outbound leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable health insurance plans.
- Compare policies across multiple insurers and explain features, benefits, exclusions, waiting periods, and claim processes.
- Build trust with customers through ethical and transparent consultation.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful policy sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and quality targets.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and contribute to policy renewals and customer retention.
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in health insurance sales.
- Candidates from insurance brokers, web aggregators, or insurance distribution companies will be preferred.
- Experience with organizations such as Policybazaar, Ditto Insurance, Coverfox, Turtlemint, InsuranceDekho, or similar broking/web aggregation firms is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of health insurance products.
- Customer-first mindset with high ethical standards.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
