We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable technical solutions within our SaaS-based CRM platform. This role requires a strong combination of solution architecture, software development, client engagement, and technical leadership.
The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to solve complex business challenges, lead technical projects, oversee integrations, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-grade solutions.
- Design and deliver technical solutions for complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Develop high-level architecture and technical design documentation.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate technical risks and issues.
- Lead technical project implementation and provide project management support.
- Perform data mapping and integration across multiple systems and platforms.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Support enterprise customers in complex technical environments.
- Participate in shift-based operations as part of a 24x7 support team.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Software Development, Technical Consulting, or related domains.

Experience Required
