Role & responsibilities
1. Ensure that all relevant labour laws & regulations are respected and complied with at the plant.
2. Anchoring the collective bargaining process with the workers union (Internal / External) tactfully to ensure smooth wage/bonus settlements.
3. Guide Plant HR/ IR Heads in handling any blue collar related disputes with the contractors 4. Managing internal facilities such as Canteen, Transport, security & housekeeping etc.
5. Plan and provide adequate health and safety measures in the factory premises.
6. Monitor adherence to all statutory compliances at all the Plants, for blue collared employee and contract employees.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience required in HR Generalist Role
- Any Graduate
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
