Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple outlets around 19 +and ensure operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing multi-unit operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets within the assigned area.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of business targets.
- Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Monitor outlet performance through regular audits and reviews.
- Lead, train, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
- Manage manpower planning, staffing, and employee engagement.
- Control operational costs, wastage, and inventory levels.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
- Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and operational metrics to improve performance.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in QSR, Restaurant, Café, or Cloud Kitchen operations.
- Experience in handling multiple outlets/cluster operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with leading QSR or restaurant chains.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and business operations.
Pay: ₹45,994.51 - ₹51,438.78 per month
