We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Outbound Customer Success Executive to manage customer queries, ensure a seamless customer experience, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product-related information, orders, payments, and delivery queries
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, category, operations) to resolve issues
