A store manager is the on-ground leader responsible for driving sales performance, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring top-tier customer service. They act as the primary liaison between corporate leadership and frontline staff, directly contributing to a store's financial success through inventory control, team development, and visual merchandising
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Store Operations & Sales
- Drive Revenue: Lead the store team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and conversion metrics.
- Day-to-Day Administration: Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and daily store hygiene.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a premium, welcoming environment; handle escalations professionally to build brand loyalty.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Performance Tracking: Set individual KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement incentive plans to boost team morale.
3. Inventory & Compliance
- Stock Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels of frames and lenses; conduct regular stocktakes and audits.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers and optical labs for timely product deliveries and order fulfillment.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
