Job Post: PPC Manager
Qualification:
B.Tech / B.E / Diploma / Equivalent Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in automobile industry (Sheet Metal)
8–10Years (Mandatory)
Salary:
₹50,000 – ₹60,000 CTC
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Develop and execute detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on rolling forecasts and confirmed customer orders.
Coordinate with suppliers for direct purchase of raw materials and manage inventory levels.
Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
Analyze data from SOFZEN system to optimize material planning and reduce waste.
Review the daily production report
Track material shortage and provide immediate resolution
Improving OEE by regular improvements
Make monthly resource planning as per customer plan
Monitor Schedule vs. Dispatch
Knowledge of process audit & system audit.
