Role Description :
This is a Executive Manufacturing role located on-site in Chennai at Medisequence Pvt Ltd. The Executive Manufacturing will be responsible for:
1. Inventory awareness and accountability
- Checking the raw materials availability in the main inventory
- Checking the lot numbers and expiry dates of the raw materials for planning the batches of the manufacturing
- Calculating the reactions per batch based on the order level
2.Planning and processing
- Planning the manufacturing and preparing the stock solutions if needed.
- Preparing the stickers and sterilizing the consumables and stickers
- Planning decontamination of the rooms and hoods
3.Manufacturing the products according to the protocol
4.Quality check and Packaging
- QC check of the manufacture products according to the QC checklists
- Packaging the manufactured items according to the Packaging checklist, including the secondary packaging of all items included in the kit
- Updating the inventory of the manufacture products and the manufacturing and packaging logs
5.Documentation - Filling the checklists and logs
6.Inventory - update the manufactured goods stock for the daily inventory submission.
Qualifications :
Master's in life sciences
- M Tech - Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering
- M Sc. - Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering
- M Sc. - Molecular Biology
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience:
- Required at least one year experience in Manufacturing environment.
