Take care of the employee life cycle from offer letter creation stage till exit process.
Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to team members.
Manage and operate our HRMS (KEKA) for various HR operations processes.
End to end vendor management.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to management team for improvement of organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
Update and maintain operations manuals.
Serve as contact person for employees regarding office operations.
MBA degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR Operations.
Working knowledge of MS Office & HRMS.
Ability to present to Senior Management team
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality.
