We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hair Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students in professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and advanced hair treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct practical and theoretical classes on hair styling and hair care
- Train students in basic to advanced hair cutting and coloring techniques
- Demonstrate latest trends and industry-standard practices
- Guide students during hands-on sessions and assignments
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain discipline and a professional learning environment
Requirements:
- Minimum [X] years of experience in hair styling or as a trainer
- Certification in hairdressing or cosmetology preferred
- Strong knowledge of modern hair techniques and trends
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Passion for mentoring and training students
Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹39,703.38 per month
