At Shoot 4 Brands we are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, editing techniques, and current content trends, with experience in handling diverse formats such as podcasts, music videos, brand shoots, and social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for music videos, podcasts, brand shoots, and social media content (reels/shorts)
- Handle both long-format content (podcasts, music videos) and short-format content (Instagram reels, YouTube shorts)
- Collaborate with the creative team to bring innovative ideas to life
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, transitions, and storytelling styles
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro (FCPx) or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of video editing workflows, color grading, and sound syncing
- Experience working on music videos, podcasts, and brand shoots
- Ability to adapt editing styles based on different content formats
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop
- Basic motion graphics and visual effects skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
