Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client relationships professionally
- Track daily business activities and maintain updated reports
- Follow up with clients through chat, email, and calls
- Draft professional emails for inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Source new clients and business opportunities through different platforms
- Keep records, spreadsheets, and CRM systems updated
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are followed
- Prepare regular progress and performance reports
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong professional email drafting skills
- Experience in client handling and relationship management
- Good organisational and reporting abilities
- Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of sourcing leads and business development strategies
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
