We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive who is skilled in Upwork bidding, generating qualified leads, managing client communications, SEO proposal writing, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of freelancing platforms, sales strategies, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and submit high-quality, customized proposals
- Develop and execute bidding strategies to win projects
- Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution
- Track bidding performance and maintain reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to convert leads into long-term clients
- Knowledge of IT services (web development, mobile apps, software, etc.) is preferred
- Experience using CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
