Job Summary
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and energetic Executive – Marketing & Sales for its PEB Division. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, market development, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets for PEB and structural steel projects.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, references, and online platforms.
- Identify potential customers in industrial, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Meet architects, consultants, EPC contractors, builders, and industrial clients to promote company services.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and consultants.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Marketing Activities
- Promote company products and services through presentations and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Support digital marketing and lead generation activities.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project execution teams.
- Maintain inquiry, quotation, order, and payment tracking records.
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales progress reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in PEB, Steel Structures, Construction, Building Materials, Roofing, or Industrial Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong marketing and business development capabilities.
- Knowledge of PEB and industrial construction industry preferred.
- Ability to read basic drawings and project requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in PEB, Structural Steel, Industrial Construction, EPC, or Building Material industries.
