Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare coffee and beverages (Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Cold Coffee, etc.)
- Operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Take customer orders and handle billing (POS system)
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee station and equipment
- Follow recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Suggest menu items and upsell products to customers
- Handle customer queries and provide friendly service
Hygiene & MaintenanceClean and sanitize coffee machines, tools, and work area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure proper storage of milk, syrups, and ingredients
Stock & InventoryCheck daily stock of coffee beans, milk, cups, lids, syrups
- Inform manager about shortages
- Minimize wastage
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
