Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Solar Engineer to design, install, commission, and maintain solar power systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop solar PV systems based on project requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power systems.
- Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, and electrical components.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams for successful project execution.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical components.
- Understanding of electrical drawings and solar system design.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Familiarity with solar industry standards and safety practices.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic design software.
Qualification
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Knowledge of net metering, commissioning, and O&M activities.
- Ability to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
