Job Summary
The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. This role involves developing sales strategies, overseeing property sales activities, and ensuring exceptional client service while maintaining strong market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Set individual and team sales goals and monitor performance
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise real estate sales agents
- Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching
Property Sales & Client Management
- Oversee property listings, promotions, and negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and developers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Expand the company’s client base and market presence
- Develop marketing and promotional campaigns with the marketing team
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
Experience
- 1–5+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role
