As a K.K. Silver Counter Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting silver jewelry or products, processing sales, and ensuring that the silver counter area remains neat and organized. You will play a key role in promoting K.K. Silver products, maintaining a positive customer experience, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product knowledge on K.K. Silver products.
- Sales: Promote and sell silver jewelry or silver-based products to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of K.K. Silver products, including features, care instructions, and trends.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed properly.
- Visual Merchandising: Keep the counter area clean and organized, ensuring displays are attractive and reflect current promotions or collections.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit cards, or other payment methods, and providing accurate change or receipts.
- Customer Follow-Up: Engage with customers post-sale, addressing any concerns, offering additional product recommendations, and ensuring a satisfactory experience.
- Problem-Solving: Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, offering solutions that align with company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside other sales associates to achieve team goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Promotion and Up-Selling: Actively promote special offers, discounts, or new arrivals to increase sales opportunities.
