Job Title: Quality Controller
Job Summary:
Responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming materials and finished components.
- Check product dimensions and quality as per drawings and specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Identify and report defects, rejections, and quality issues.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Ensure production follows required quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality problems.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections.
- Support corrective and preventive actions for recurring defects.
- Follow company quality, safety, and documentation procedures.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of quality inspection procedures.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and gauges.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Degree in Mechanical or related field.
Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
