Job Title: Security Guard
Location: Vaduthala, Kochi, Kerala
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate should be alert, disciplined, and capable of handling security-related responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Verify visitor identities and maintain visitor logs.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents.
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises and report safety hazards.
- Ensure gates, doors, and access points are secured.
- Assist in enforcing company safety and security policies.
- Prepare daily security reports and maintain incident records.
- Coordinate with management and emergency services when required.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSLC/10th Pass (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Security Guard is an advantage.
- Good physical fitness and alertness.
- Ability to work day and night shifts.
- Basic communication skills in Malayalam; knowledge of English or Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and dependable.
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
- Weekly off as per company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
