Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to generate sales leads and handle customer inquiries over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain property/project details clearly
- Fix appointments for site visits
- Maintain call records and follow-up data
- Handle customer queries politely
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
- Follow up with interested clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (Gujarati / Hindi / Basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry)
- Confident and positive attitude
- Experience in Real Estate will be preferred
