Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter / HR Intern to join our team in Aundh, Pune. This is a good opportunity for candidates who are currently pursuing their studies and want to gain practical experience in recruitment and HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic discussions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Support onboarding and other HR-related activities when required.
Requirements
- Candidates currently pursuing Graduation, MBA-HR, or a relevant HR course are preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
