Role Summary
We are seeking a creative, culture-obsessed Social Media Executive to own and grow our brand’s presence across our social ecosystems (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook). You will be the voice of our brand online—responsible for capturing trends, scripting and filming short-form video content, engaging with our audience daily, and tracking what works. If you live on social media, understand how algorithms work, and love turning ideas into viral or highly engaging content, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Production: Brainstorm, script, shoot, and edit engaging daily content, with a heavy emphasis on short-form video (Reels,YouTube Shorts) and static carousels.
- Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand captions, hooks, and platform-specific copy tailored to different audiences (e.g., professional for LinkedIn, casual/witty for Instagram).
- Community Management: Monitor channels daily to respond to comments, messages, and mentions. Spark conversations, foster a community vibe, and flag customer service issues to the right team.
- Trend & Feature Jacking: Stay on top of internet culture, viral audio, emerging formats, and platform algorithm shifts to quickly pivot our content strategy.
- Social Scheduling & Calendar: Own the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic publishing cadence using scheduling tools.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze weekly and monthly metrics (engagement rates, video view duration, follower growth) to understand what content resonates and adjust the strategy accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing brand social media channels (please share a portfolio or links to accounts you have managed).
- Video Editing Skills: Highly proficient in mobile or desktop video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot) to produce clean, fast-paced video content.
- Design Eye: Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) to create clean layouts, stories, and platform thumbnails.
- Platform Literacy: Deep understanding of how the algorithms work on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including how to optimize hooks, hashtags, and keywords for search.
- Soft Skills: Highly collaborative, adaptable to fast-moving trends, and comfortable occasionally appearing on camera if needed.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
