Job Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting hospital services, increasing patient footfall, and building strong relationships with the community and referring doctors, ensuring alignment with hospital policies and **National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers standards.
Roles & Responsibilities1. Hospital Promotion & Branding
- Promote hospital services through online and offline marketing activities.
- Develop strategies to improve hospital visibility and brand awareness.
2. Business Development
- Identify opportunities to increase patient inflow and revenue.
- Build relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and corporate clients.
3. Camp & Event Management
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
- Coordinate promotional events such as health check-up camps and awareness drives.
4. Digital Marketing
- Manage hospital presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create and share content, posters, and promotional materials.
5. Patient Engagement
- Support initiatives to improve patient experience and satisfaction.
- Collect patient feedback and work on service improvement.
6. Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, and management for marketing activities.
- Ensure proper communication of hospital services to the public.
7. Market Analysis
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Suggest strategies to improve hospital performance and reach.
8. Reporting
- Prepare reports on marketing activities, campaigns, and outcomes.
- Track effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
9. Compliance
- Ensure all marketing activities follow hospital policies and National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers guidelines.
- Maintain ethical standards in healthcare promotion.
