Job Description: Trained Graduate Teacher (PRT) - Hindi
Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic (PRT) for Hindi to join our team at HSV INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, SEC-104, GURUGRAM, an esteemed CBSE-affiliated school. The TGT will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in Hindi, fostering language skills, cultural appreciation, and a love for literature among students. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in the subjects, be dedicated to nurturing students' holistic development, and contribute to the school's academic excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum guidelines for Hindi.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to engage students in language learning, grammar, literature, and cultural aspects.
2. Tech Savvy:
- Should know how to work on computer and should be able to create her own assignments and question papers.
3. Classroom Management:
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and encourages student participation.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.
4. Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
- Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students' understanding of the subjects.
- Regularly track and analyze students' progress, providing individualized feedback and support as needed.
5. Student Development:
- Foster a passion for Hindi language and literature among students.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to help students develop language proficiency, critical thinking, and communication skills.
6. Parent Communication:
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians, providing updates on students' academic progress and addressing any concerns.
7. Co-curricular Activities:
- Organize and participate in co-curricular activities, such as debates, language clubs, cultural events, and workshops, to enhance students' language skills and cultural awareness.
8. Professional Development:
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, educational trends, and curriculum changes in Hindi.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
9. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and integrated curriculum across different subjects.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and school events to contribute to the overall school community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hindi, or related field; Master's degree is preferred.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) qualification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Hindi language with a deep understanding of grammar, literature, and cultural nuances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in nurturing students' holistic development.
- Prior teaching experience in CBSE-affiliated schools or similar educational institutions is an advantage.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching practices is desirable.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
