We are looking for a proactive and Technical Project Coordinator who can effectively bridge the gap between Clients, Business Teams, and Development Teams.
The candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, requirement coordination, task planning, sprint follow-ups, resource tracking, accountability management, and ensuring projects are properly organized before development execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong project coordination capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of software development workflows and project management tools.
Experience : 3 to 4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary coordination point between client and internal team
- Understand and document client requirements clearly
- Conduct requirement discussion and follow-up meetings
- Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting)
- Clarify functional and technical queries with stakeholders
- Manage communication flow between teams and client
- Provide regular project status updates to clients
- Track project progress and timelines
- Identify blockers and coordinate resolution
- Ensure smooth project execution from planning to delivery
Should have understanding of
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Must have prior experience of development in any technology for at least 2 years
- Web & Mobile application workflows
- APIs and integrations
- Frontend & Backend development process
- Database concepts
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- QA and testing lifecycle
- Have handle KPI creation.
