- Accreditation Management: Lead preparation, documentation, and coordination for NABH standards (such as the 6th Edition).
- Audits & Gap Analysis: Conduct regular internal audits, tracer activities, and mock drills to identify gaps and close non-conformities using Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
- Policy & SOP Control: Develop, standardize, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), clinical protocols, and quality manuals across all departments.
- Indicator Monitoring: Track and analyze clinical and non-clinical quality indicators, patient safety indicators, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Patient Safety & Risk Management: Monitor incident reporting, adverse events, near-misses, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Training & Staff Development: Conduct awareness sessions and training programs for doctors, nurses, and support staff regarding patient safety goals and NABH protocols.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, biomedical waste management, and fire safety regulations.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Education: Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Hospital Management (MHM), MBA in Healthcare, Certifications in NABH Quality Managemet.
- Experience: Generally 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in hospital quality management and leading accreditation cycles.
