Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the operations of medical centers across multiple locations and countries
2. Provide strategic leadership in medical service delivery and quality assurance
3. Mentor, coach, and manage a team of medical doctors to drive excellence
4. Ensure compliance with global healthcare regulations and implement best practices
5. Develop and implement new clinical programs and medical policies
6. Work closely with Health Information Systems (HIS) and integrate technology-driven solutions
7. Participate in budget planning, cost management, and operational efficiency initiatives
8. Represent the organization in medical societies, professional networks, and global healthcare forums
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBBS from a Government Medical College (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Proven experience in managing and leading medical teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Strong knowledge of Health Information Systems (HIS) and tech-savviness
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
