Role Overview
The Executive Assistant to the CEO/Founder's Office provides high-level administrative and strategic support, acting as a key liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management — Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO/Founder.
- Communication Handling — Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence; draft responses and manage information flow.
- Meeting Coordination — Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials; take minutes and track action items.
- Project Support — Assist with special projects, research, and cross-functional initiatives as directed.
- Stakeholder Liaison — Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, board members, investors, and external partners.
- Document & Data Management — Maintain confidential files, reports, and organizational records.
- Event & Travel Logistics — Plan leadership events, offsites, and domestic/international travel.
- Office Operations — Support day-to-day administrative needs of the Founder's Office.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite or founders
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- High discretion with confidential information
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹34,474.95 - ₹82,829.72 per month
