Role Definition:
Functional Consultant interacts directly with clients to provide overview of ERP and understand requirement of businesses and provide solution by implementing the ERP. He/she also deals with day-to-day problems faced by old clients on the ERP and provides solutions.
Job Description
- Understanding Business structure: – Consultant first needs to understand structure and nature of business for which they are providing solutions.
- Understanding business requirement: – Consultant needs to understand day to day challenges faced by businesses and their requirement.
- Overview of ERP: – Providing overview of solution given by ERP to meet their business requirement and fulfilling their requirement by implementation of same.
- Provide solutions to old clients: – To provide satisfactory solutions to old clients in time.
Job Specification
- Extensive experience with all modules of Navision / BC.
- Strong communication skills to work with business counterparts globally.
- Expertise in workflow configuration.
- Exposure to new & latest technologies.
- Qualified in identifying business requirements.
- Experience in a project delivery role.
- Prior Implementation, Upgrade and Support experience.

- Minimum 2 – Maximum 6 years
