Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Pharma Sales Executive (Telecaller) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals over the phone to promote pharmaceutical products, and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
- Promote pharmaceutical products and explain product benefits.
- Follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
- Prepare call reports and sales activity updates.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Pharma background preferred).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or pharma sales will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and Tally software is preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
