The VP – Sales (Diagnostics) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading national/regional sales strategy for diagnostic services including pathology, radiology, and preventive health packages. This role requires strong leadership, channel management, key account handling, and deep understanding of the diagnostics ecosystem.
Experience in Diagnostics, Radiology, OR Pathology (not with medical device sales background)
Role and Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Core team, you will lead a team of sales professionals to meet the company’s customer acquisition & growth objectives. You will be responsible for:
- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
- Develop and improve upon existing marketing Strategies
- Consult market research to assess current trends and brand awareness
- Building strong and collaborative relationships
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
- Overseeing the daily sales activities, writing sales reports, designing effective sales strategies, and marketing company products and services.
- Outlining and managing sales budgets.
- Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
