Role Description
Cloudovations is hiring a ServiceNow Architect. The ServiceNow Architect will design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements and business goals. They will lead architectural design, oversee system integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Description
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including: ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and automation solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Flow Designer solutions, and custom applications.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in testing, deployment, upgrades, and platform maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and product owners to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with end to end ServiceNow development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
- Experience working with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM modules.
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Experience with testing, debugging, deployments, and platform support.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
