Job Description:
Tattvam Ventures is looking for a passionate and experienced Horticulture & Landscape Executive to oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of landscaping across our residential projects. The ideal candidate will ensure aesthetically pleasing, sustainable, and well-maintained green spaces while coordinating with landscape contractors and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and maintain landscaping and horticulture activities across project sites.
Ensure the health and maintenance of lawns, trees, shrubs, flowering plants, and other greenery.
Coordinate with landscape contractors, gardeners, and vendors for timely execution of work.
Monitor irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections and recommend improvements for landscape quality.
Identify and control plant diseases, pests, and weeds using appropriate methods.
Maintain inventory of plants, fertilizers, gardening tools, and landscape materials.
Ensure landscape work is completed as per project timelines and quality standards.
Prepare maintenance schedules and periodic reports.
Collaborate with architects and landscape consultants to develop landscape designs, select appropriate plants, trees, shrubs, and other landscape elements, and ensure the design is aesthetically appealing, sustainable, and aligned with the overall project vision.
Coordinate with the project, engineering, and facility teams for landscape-related requirements.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and company standards.
Required Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in horticulture or landscape maintenance, preferably in real estate, residential communities, or commercial properties.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
