Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, people-centric, and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the complete Human Resource function within our educational organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive work culture, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, training & development, and performance management aligned with the institution’s vision and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching, non-teaching, administrative, and support staff.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and ensure smooth induction of new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a healthy, collaborative, and employee-friendly work environment.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and retention initiatives.
- Build a strong organizational culture aligned with educational values and ethics.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
- Manage HRMS systems and prepare HR reports as required.
- Support administration-related HR activities when needed.
Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate employee evaluations, feedback processes, and goal-setting activities.
- Assist department heads in identifying growth opportunities and improvement plans for employees.
Training & Development
- Identify staff training and development needs.
- Organize workshops, orientation sessions, faculty development programs, and skill enhancement initiatives.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development across departments.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/finance department.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other HR-related legal formalities.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Experience
- 4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the education, EdTech, or academic sector.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HRMS tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
