Position
Senior Sales Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented sales professional with proven experience in B2B technology sales, enterprise software sales, AI solutions, SaaS, IT services, or consulting services.
The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives, develop business strategies, mentor the sales team, and build strong relationships with enterprise clients to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and business development team.
- Identify new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and enterprise clients.
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Forecast sales performance and prepare periodic revenue reports for management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, networking sessions, and client meetings.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

EligibilityEducational Qualifications

- MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Management) preferred.
Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, IT Services, AI/ML Solutions, SaaS, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience leading and mentoring sales teams.
