Architect
Location: Koottanad, Pattambi Road, Kerala
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Job Summary
Invent Infrastructures is looking for a creative and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design and drafting skills and be able to develop architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 2D drafting using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
- Prepare construction and submission drawings.
- Visit project sites when required and coordinate with clients and contractors.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and project changes.
- Maintain project documentation and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or other visualization software is preferred.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of building codes and construction practices.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
