We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager specializing in Business Department (BD) to focus exclusively on lead conversion for our SEO and PPC services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven experience in nurturing and converting leads generated by the marketing and junior sales teams into long-term clients.
Responsibilities:
· Take full ownership of lead conversion for SEO and PPC service inquiries from initial contact to deal closure.
· Engage directly with domestic and international clients via email, calls, and video meetings to understand their business objectives and digital marketing needs.
· Create and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and quotations based on the client’s marketing goals.
· Collaborate with SEO, PPC, and pre-sales teams to ensure accurate scoping, estimations, and delivery planning.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive upselling and long-term client retention.
· Maintain a structured and organized sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track communication, follow-ups, and conversions.
· Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contract terms while ensuring alignment with company targets.
· Provide regular insights to leadership on client behavior, conversion performance, and market trends.
· Mentor and guide junior BDEs in handling initial inquiries and pre-qualification
Requirements:
· 4–6 years of experience in business development or IT sales, with a strong focus on digital marketing services (SEO and PPC).
· Proven track record in successfully converting qualified leads into high-value clients.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client pitching and objection handling.
· Strong understanding of SEO and PPC campaign models, platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and KPIs.
· Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
· Ability to manage multiple client interactions and drive revenue independently.
Educational Qualification
· Any Graduate (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B. Com, etc.).
· Certification or training in digital/email marketing is a plus.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
