Title: Marketing Operations Specialist
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Marketing Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, and CRM automation workflows. This role requires close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to streamline lead management, optimize campaign execution, and ensure accurate reporting and data governance within the CRM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or equivalent)

Design and implement marketing funnel workflows, including lead capture, routing, scoring, and automation

Own end-to-end lead lifecycle management, including lead assignment, nurturing support, and database hygiene

Support demand generation initiatives such as email campaigns, webinars, landing pages, and gated content

Integrate CRM systems with website forms, landing pages, webinar tools, and third-party applications

Create and manage workflows, automation rules, segmentation logic, custom fields, and dashboards

Track and analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, and lead stage movement

Maintain data accuracy through deduplication, validation, and data enrichment processes

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure SLA adherence, proper lead tracking, and reporting alignment

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, lead flow, and pipeline contribution

Identify opportunities to enhance automation efficiency, reporting, and operational workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Management, or Marketing Automation

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

Strong knowledge of marketing funnel management and CRM workflow setup

Experience with lead scoring, routing logic, and lifecycle management

Understanding of email marketing and lead nurturing workflows

Experience supporting webinars, landing pages, and demand generation campaigns

Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, and automation tools
-
Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and reporting

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working from office in Turbhe
Preferred Skills

Experience with tools like Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Marketo, or similar platforms

Background in B2B marketing environments

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
