Store & Dispatch Key Responsibilities:
· Logistics Planning: Schedule and coordinate daily dispatches according to customer orders and production requirements.
· Documentation: Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills, ensuring compliance with tax and transportation regulations.
· Vehicle & Route Management:
Allocate vehicles, plan routes for cost-efficiency, and manage transporter relationships
· Inventory & Records: Maintain accurate records of inventory and dispatch activities, often using Excel / ERP systems.
· Tracking & Coordination: Monitor shipments, provide status updates, and resolve any delays or discrepancies during transit.
· Reporting: Generate daily/weekly reports on dispatch performance and inventory status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience: Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain management.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and dispatch management software.
· Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
· Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
